プライバシーポリシー(暫定版)

本ポリシーは、Sens の運営者(以下「運営者」)が提供するサービスにおける、お客様の情報の取扱いを定めるものです。 本書は暫定版です。 弁護士の確認を経て改めます。

将来の版については、末尾の「次の版について」に予定を書きます。予定は約束ではありません。

1. 基本的な考え方 ── 意味はあなたのもの

運営者は、お客様の「意味」(あなたが書き、考え、表現したものから立ち上がる情報)を、あなた自身のものとして扱います。運営者はそれを観測しますが、所有しません。

2. 体験版で取得する情報 ── ありません

体験版に入力された文章、その観測の結果、来歴のいずれも、運営者は取得しません。

  • 入力された文章は、ブラウザの中だけで処理されます。
  • 運営者のサーバへ送信されません。
  • ブラウザの保存領域(localStorage 等)にも書き込みません。
  • 頁を閉じると、入力されたものは残りません。

ただし、ウェブサイトの表示の設定はブラウザに残ります。 残るのは 表示言語の選択と、明るい表示・暗い表示の選択の 2 つだけです。これはお客様が入力した内容ではなく、次に訪れたときに同じ見え方にするためのものです。運営者がこれを取得することはありません。

3. ウェブサイト自体の通信について

上記は「お客様が入力した文章」の話です。ウェブサイトを閲覧すること自体は、通常の通信を伴います —— この 2 つは別のことなので、分けて書きます。

  • 頁・画像・書体などのファイルを取得するために、お客様のブラウザは運営者のサイトへ通常の HTTP リクエストを行います。これに伴い、IP アドレス・ブラウザの種類などの通信に必要な情報が運営者側に届きます。
  • これらの通信の記録(IP アドレス・時刻・閲覧した頁・ブラウザの種類)は、運営者が利用するクラウド基盤(Google Cloud)に 30 日間保存され、期間が過ぎると消去されます。
  • 書体は運営者のサイトから配信します。 第三者のフォント配信サービスは利用していません。
  • 現在、運営者のサイトは第三者の解析・広告サービスを利用していません。
  • 第三者への接続を追加する場合は、本ポリシーを改訂してから行います。

3.1. お問い合わせ・お申し込みで受け取る情報

お問い合わせ(info@sens-thread.io)や、手元で動く版へのお申し込み(受付を始めた後)をいただいたときは、次の情報を受け取ります。

  • 受け取るもの: メールアドレス、お名前(呼び名で構いません)、書いていただいた内容。お申し込みでは、お使いの Mac の条件(はい・いいえ)と、使いたい理由(任意)。
  • 書かないでいただきたいもの: 健康状態など、特に配慮が必要な情報。
  • 使う目的: お問い合わせへの回答 / お申し込みの選考と、手元で動く版の配布・ご連絡。
  • 置く場所: 運営者が利用するメールサービス(Google Workspace)。保存場所は日本国内に限られません(§12)。
  • 保存期間: お問い合わせは、回答から 1 年以内に削除します。お申し込みは、選ばれなかった方は選考の終了から 30 日以内に、参加された方は参加の終了から 6 か月以内に削除します。
  • 第三者への提供: しません(法令に基づく場合を除きます)。
  • 開示・訂正・削除のお求め: info@sens-thread.io へご連絡ください。お送りいただいたメールアドレスからのご連絡で、ご本人と確認します。

4. 利用目的

  • サービスの提供・維持・改善
  • 法令上の義務の履行

お客様の意味を、お客様の同意なく上記以外の目的に用いません。

5. 第三者への提供

運営者は、お客様の意味データを、お客様の明示的な同意がない限り第三者に提供しません。同意をいただく場合は、目的 / 範囲 / 期間 / 提供先 / 撤回の方法を明示します。

抱き合わせの同意や、お客様が十分に理解できない形での同意は取得しません。

体験版では、そもそも運営者が意味データを保持しません(§2)。

6. 外部の AI サービスへの受け渡し ── ありません

体験版は、お客様の文章を外部の AI サービスへ送りません。

体験版に含まれる「渡す前の確認」は、外部へ渡る内容を送信前に確認する仕組みをその場で再現するもので、確認したあと、実際にはどこにも送信されません(利用規約 §6)。

7. あなたの入力の保存 ── しません

あなたが入力したものは、運営者のサーバにも、ブラウザの保存領域にも保存しません(§2)。ウェブサイトの通信の記録は §3 のとおりです。

8. 個人情報としての取扱い

意味データが、特定の個人を識別または推知できる場合、運営者はこれを個人情報(または個人関連情報)として取り扱います。日本の個人情報保護法、および適用される場合は EU 一般データ保護規則(GDPR)等に従います。

体験版において運営者が取得する意味データはありません(§2)。§3 の通信に伴う情報は、通信の実現と安全の確保に必要な範囲で扱います。お問い合わせ・お申し込みの情報は §3.1 のとおり扱います。

9. 持ち出し・削除について

体験版は保存を行わないため、持ち出し(エクスポート)と削除の手続きはありません。 頁を閉じれば、入力されたものは残りません。

10. 透明性

運営者は、意味データに付随する情報を隠さず開示します。探索の結果に添える一致度は推定であって保証ではありません(「AI に関する注意事項」§4)。

11. Cookie

体験版は Cookie を使用しません。

12. 国外移転

体験版に入力された文章は取得しないため、国外へ移転することはありません。§3 の通信の記録は、クラウド基盤(Google Cloud)の記録の保存領域に置かれます。2026 年 10 月 19 日以降の記録は日本国内(東京)に置きます。それより前の記録の一部は、保存期間(30 日)が過ぎるまで、日本国内に限られない従来の場所に残ります。一方、お問い合わせ・お申し込みのメール(§3.1)は、メールサービスの保存領域に置かれ、その場所を日本国内に限定していません。運営者は、適用される法令に従い、適切な保護措置を講じます。

運営者は、本ポリシーを将来変更することがあります。重要な変更は、事前にお知らせします。

法人化した場合は、運営者を改めます。改める日と内容は、この頁で事前にお知らせします。

過去の期間についてのお知らせ(2026-10-18 掲載)

本サイトでは、次の期間、本ポリシーに書いていない外部への接続がありました。現在はどちらも取り除いています。

  • 2026 年 2 月 15 日〜10 月 6 日: すべての頁に Google タグマネージャー(Google が提供する仕組み)が入っており、頁を開くたびにその読み込みのため、通信に伴う情報(IP アドレス・ブラウザの種類など)が Google に送られていました。解析の設定は含まれておらず、閲覧の記録が集められることはありませんでした。
  • 2026 年 9 月 21 日〜10 月 17 日: すべての頁で、以前のログインの仕組み(Clerk)への接続があり、ブラウザに Cookie 2 つと保存領域の記録 1 つが置かれていました。この仕組みでログインしていたのは運営者だけです。

本ポリシーは 2026 年 9 月 27 日から、これらの接続を書いておらず、また「Cookie を使用しません」と書いていました。上の期間と重なる間、事実と違っていました。 体験版に入力された文章は、どちらの期間も外へ送られていません(体験版を開いたのは 2026 年 10 月 17 日です)。 訂正し、お詫びします。

次の版について(参考)

この節は本書の一部を構成しません。 現在提供しているものは §0 のとおりです。以下は開発中の予定であり、約束ではありません。

お手元で動く版では、意味データがお客様の環境に保存されます。それに伴い、持ち出しと、Sphere を単位とする削除(名前を入力して確認、元に戻せない)を備える予定です。ただし、外へ出したものについての記録(何を・いつ・誰に。本文は含みません)は、取り消しをお届けするために、届け終えるまで(最長 365 日)お手元に残ります。忘却(想起から外すだけで記録は残る)とは別の操作です。

上記は開発中の予定です。 提供を開始する際に、本ポリシーを改訂してお知らせします。

Privacy Policy (interim version)

This Policy describes how the operator of Sens ("we", "us") handles your information. This is an interim version. It will be revised after review by counsel.

The Japanese version of this Policy is authoritative. This English text is provided for reference; in case of discrepancy, the Japanese version governs.

1. The principle — your meaning is yours

We treat your meaning as yours. We observe it; we do not own it.

2. What we collect in the trial — nothing

We do not obtain the text you enter into the trial, the results of observing it, or the provenance record.

  • What you enter is processed inside your browser only.
  • It is not transmitted to our servers.
  • It is not written to your browser's storage (localStorage and the like).
  • When you close the page, what you entered does not remain.

Display settings for the website are, however, kept in your browser. Only two things are kept: your choice of display language and your choice of light or dark display. These are not content you entered, and we do not obtain them.

3. About the website's own traffic

The above concerns the text you enter. Browsing the website itself involves ordinary network requests — these are two different things, so we describe them separately.

  • To fetch pages, images and typefaces, your browser makes ordinary HTTP requests to our site. This means information necessary for communication, such as your IP address and browser type, reaches our side.
  • These communication records (IP address, time, pages viewed, browser type) are kept on our cloud platform (Google Cloud) for 30 days and then deleted.
  • Typefaces are served from our own site. We do not use a third-party font service.
  • At present our site does not use third-party analytics or advertising services.
  • If we add any third-party connection, we will amend this Policy first.

3.1. Information we receive through enquiries and applications

When you contact us (info@sens-thread.io) or apply for the version that runs on your own machine (once applications open), we receive the following.

  • What we receive: your email address, your name (a name you go by is fine), and what you write. For applications, whether your Mac meets the requirements (yes/no) and, optionally, why you would like to use it.
  • Please do not include: health information or other particularly sensitive information.
  • Purpose: replying to enquiries; selecting applicants, distributing the version that runs on your own machine, and contacting you.
  • Where it is kept: the email service the operator uses (Google Workspace). Its storage location is not restricted to Japan (§12).
  • Retention: enquiries are deleted within 1 year of our reply. Applications are deleted within 30 days after selection ends for applicants who are not selected, and within 6 months after participation ends for participants.
  • Provision to third parties: none (except as required by law).
  • Requests for disclosure, correction or deletion: contact info@sens-thread.io. We confirm it is you when you write from the same email address.

4. Purposes

  • providing, maintaining and improving the Service;
  • meeting legal obligations.

We do not use your meaning for any other purpose without your consent.

5. Disclosure to third parties

We do not provide your semantic data to third parties without your explicit consent, specifying purpose, scope, duration, recipient and how to withdraw. We do not obtain bundled consent, or consent in a form you cannot reasonably understand.

In the trial we hold no semantic data in the first place (§2).

6. Passing content to external AI services — none

The trial does not send your text to any external AI service.

The "pre-send review" in the trial reproduces that step on the spot; after you review it, nothing is actually sent (Terms §6).

7. Storage of your input — none

What you enter is stored neither on our servers nor in your browser's storage (§2). Communication records for the website are described in §3.

8. Treatment as personal information

Where semantic data identifies, or allows inference about, a specific individual, we treat it as personal information (or personal-related information) under Japan's Act on the Protection of Personal Information and, where applicable, the GDPR.

In the trial we obtain no semantic data (§2). The information arising from the traffic in §3 is handled only as far as needed to deliver the site and keep it secure. Information from enquiries and applications is handled as described in §3.1.

9. Export and deletion

Because the trial does not store anything, there is no export or deletion procedure. Closing the page leaves nothing behind.

10. Transparency

We disclose, rather than conceal, the information attached to semantic data. A match score shown with results is an estimate, not a guarantee (AI Notice §4).

11. Cookies

The trial does not use cookies.

12. International transfers

Because the trial does not collect the text you enter, it is not transferred abroad. The communication records described in §3 are kept in the logging storage of our cloud platform (Google Cloud). Records from 19 October 2026 onward are kept in Japan (Tokyo). Some earlier records remain in the previous location, which is not restricted to Japan, until their retention period (30 days) ends. Emails from enquiries and applications (§3.1), by contrast, are kept in the storage of our email service, whose location is not restricted to Japan. We apply appropriate safeguards under applicable law.

13. Governing law and contact

14. Changes to this Policy

We may change this Policy in future. We will give notice of material changes in advance.

If we incorporate, the company will become the operator; we will announce the date and details on this page in advance.

Notice about a past period (posted 2026-10-18)

During the periods below, this site made external connections that this Policy did not describe. Both have since been removed.

  • 15 February – 6 October 2026: Google Tag Manager (a service provided by Google) was included on every page. Each time a page was opened, loading it sent communication data (IP address, browser type and the like) to Google. It contained no analytics configuration, and no browsing records were collected.
  • 21 September – 17 October 2026: every page connected to our former sign-in service (Clerk), which placed two cookies and one item in browser storage. Only the operator signed in through this service.

From 27 September 2026 this Policy did not describe these connections and stated that "we do not use cookies". Where these periods overlap, the Policy was inaccurate. Text entered in the trial was not sent outside during either period (the trial opened on 17 October 2026). We correct this and apologise.

About the next version (for information)

This section does not form part of this document. What is offered today is set out in §0. The following is under development and is not a promise.

In the version that runs on your own machine, semantic data is stored in your own environment. Accordingly we plan to provide export, and deletion by Sphere (confirmed by typing its name, not reversible). However, the record of what you passed outside (what, when and to whom; it contains no body text) remains on your machine until the withdrawal has been delivered (up to 365 days), so that the withdrawal can reach the recipient. Forgetting — which removes something from recall while the record remains — is a different operation.

The above is under development. When we begin to offer it, we will amend this Policy and tell you.
