利用規約(暫定版)
本規約は、Sens の運営者(以下「運営者」)が提供するサービスのご利用条件を定めるものです。 本書は暫定版です。 弁護士の確認を経て改めます。

0. この規約が対象とするもの
本規約は、いま提供しているものについてのものです。

1. 適用
本規約は、お客様と運営者の間の、本サービスの利用に関するすべての関係に適用されます。プライバシーポリシーは本規約の一部を構成します。
2. 利用登録
体験版のご利用に、登録は要りません。 アカウントも、お客様向けの API キーも発行していません。
3. あなたの意味の主権
- お客様が書き、考え、表現したものから立ち上がる意味は、お客様のものです。
- 運営者はこれを観測しますが、所有・管理しません。
- 体験版では、お客様の文章は運営者に渡りません(§6)。したがって運営者が保持する意味データはありません。
4. 運営者の役割 ── 観測し、定義しない
本サービスは、意味を観測するものであり、意味を定義したり、お客様に代わって判断を下すものではありません。運営者は、お客様の意味に対して規範的な評価を行わず、意味の対立を裁定しません。提示されるのは像であって、答えではありません。
本サービスが扱うのは、文章に現れる話題的な構造です。本サービスは、文章の意味を「理解」するものではありません(「AI に関する注意事項」)。
体験版で表示される観測の例は、あらかじめ用意したものです。 お客様が入力した文章を観測した結果ではありません(「AI に関する注意事項」§2)。
5. 禁止事項
お客様は、本サービスの利用にあたり、以下を行ってはなりません:
- 意味の来歴の改竄・偽造、他者へのなりすまし
- 他者の意味データを、本人の同意なく取得・利用・流通させること
- 軍事・大衆監視・認知操作を目的とする利用
- 本サービスの提示を、医療・法務・金融その他の専門的判断の代替として用いること
- 法令または公序良俗に反する利用
- サービスの不正利用・妨害
6. 外部の AI サービスへの受け渡し
体験版は、お客様の文章を外部の AI サービスへ送りません。運営者のサーバへも送りません。
- 体験版に含まれる「渡す前の確認」は、外部へ渡る内容を送信前に確認する仕組みをその場で再現するものです。確認したあと、実際にはどこにも送信されません。
- 外部へ渡す内容について行う個人情報の検出・除去は、体験版でも本物が動きます。ただしこの処理は、決められた形にぴったり当てはまるものだけを伏せます。形が少しでも違えば伏せず、氏名・会社名・住所などはそもそも対象に入っていません(伏せる形の一覧は「AI に関する注意事項」§6)。
- 来歴(何を・いつ渡したか)は、その場限りです。頁を閉じると消えます。運営者は記録を受け取りません。
7. 保存について
体験版は、お客様の文章も、観測の結果も、来歴も保存しません。
- 運営者のサーバに保存しません。
- ブラウザの保存領域(localStorage 等)にも書きません。
- したがって、頁を閉じると、入力されたものは残りません。
ただし、ウェブサイトの表示の設定はブラウザに残ります。 残るのは 表示言語の選択と、明るい表示・暗い表示の選択の 2 つだけです。これはお客様が入力した内容ではなく、次に訪れたときに同じ見え方にするためのものです。
ウェブサイトの通信の記録(IP アドレス・時刻など)は、プライバシーポリシー §3 のとおり 30 日間保存されます。これもお客様が入力した内容ではありません。
8. 意味データの帰属と同意
- 意味データ(意味の数値表現)は、それを生み出したお客様(主権者)に帰属します。
- 運営者は、お客様の明示的な同意(目的・範囲・期間・提供先・撤回方法を明示)がない限り、意味データを第三者に提供しません。
- お客様の同意取得が、抱き合わせ等により法令に抵触する場合、当該同意は無効となることがあります。
9. 免責・責任の制限
- 運営者は、本サービスを「現状有姿」で提供し、特定目的への適合性等を保証しません。
- 本サービスが示す観測・一致度は推定であり、正確性を保証するものではありません(「AI に関する注意事項」)。
- 運営者に故意または重大な過失がある場合を除き、本サービスに関して運営者が負う責任は、お客様に現実に生じた直接かつ通常の損害に限ります。
10. 持ち出しと削除について
体験版は保存を行わないため、持ち出し(エクスポート)と削除の手続きはありません。 頁を閉じれば、入力されたものは残りません。
保存を行う版については、末尾の「次の版について」をご覧ください。
11. 規約の変更
運営者は、本規約を将来変更することがあります。重要な変更は事前にお知らせし、将来に向かって適用します(既に付与された権利を遡って縮減しません)。
法人化した場合は、運営者を改めます。改める日と内容は、この頁で事前にお知らせします。
12. 準拠法・管轄
本規約は日本法に準拠します。ただし、お客様の居住地の強行法規の適用を妨げません。
13. お問い合わせ
次の版について(参考)
この節は本書の一部を構成しません。 現在提供しているものは §0 のとおりです。以下は開発中の予定であり、約束ではありません。
お手元で動く版を準備しています。その版では、意味データがお客様の環境に保存されます。それに伴い、以下を備える予定です。
- 持ち出し: 意味データの全体を、機械可読な形式で取り出せるようにします。
- 削除: Sphere(意味の領域)を単位として、記録ごと消せるようにします。名前を入力して確認する形とし、元に戻せません。ただし、外へ出したものについての記録(何を・いつ・誰に。本文は含みません)は、取り消しをお届けするために、届け終えるまで(最長 365 日)お手元に残ります。
- 忘却との区別: 忘却は「想起に出てこなくする」操作で、記録は残ります。削除は「記録を消す」操作です。忘却は削除ではありません。
上記は開発中の予定です。 提供を開始する際に、本規約を改訂してお知らせします。現在提供しているものは §0 のとおりです。
Terms of Service (interim version)
These Terms govern your use of the services provided by the operator of Sens ("we", "us"). This is an interim version. It will be revised after review by counsel.

The Japanese version of these Terms is authoritative. This English text is provided for reference; in case of discrepancy, the Japanese version governs.
0. What these Terms cover
These Terms are about what we offer today.

Future versions are described as plans in the closing note, "About the next version". A plan is not a promise.
1. Scope
These Terms apply to all aspects of your relationship with us regarding the Service. The Privacy Policy forms part of these Terms.
2. Registration
No registration is required to use the trial. We do not create accounts, and we do not issue API keys to users.
3. Your sovereignty over meaning
- The meaning that arises from what you write, think and express belongs to you.
- We observe it; we do not own or control it.
- In the trial, your text does not reach us (§6). We therefore hold no semantic data of yours.
4. Our role — we observe; we do not define
The Service observes meaning. It does not define meaning and does not make judgements on your behalf. We do not render normative evaluations and do not adjudicate conflicts of meaning. What is presented is an image, not an answer.
What the Service handles is the topical structure present in text. The Service does not "understand" the meaning of text (see the AI Notice).
The observations shown in the trial are prepared examples. They are not the result of observing the text you entered (AI Notice §2).
5. Prohibited conduct
You must not:
- falsify or forge the provenance of meaning, or impersonate another person;
- obtain, use or distribute another person's semantic data without their consent;
- use the Service for military purposes, mass surveillance, or cognitive manipulation;
- use what the Service presents as a substitute for professional judgement in medicine, law, finance or any comparable field;
- use the Service in violation of law or public order;
- misuse or interfere with the Service.
6. Passing content to external AI services
The trial does not send your text to any external AI service. It does not send it to our servers either.
- The "pre-send review" included in the trial reproduces, on the spot, the step of inspecting what would be passed to an external service. After you review it, nothing is actually sent.
- The detection and removal of personal information applied to what would be passed is real in the trial. However, this processing masks only what matches a fixed form exactly. If the form differs at all it is not masked, and names, company names and addresses are outside the scope from the start (the list of masked forms is in AI Notice §6).
- The provenance record (what was passed and when) is transient. It disappears when you close the page. We do not receive it.
7. Storage
The trial stores nothing — not your text, not the results, not the provenance record.
- None of it is stored on our servers.
- None of it is written to your browser's storage (localStorage and the like).
- When you close the page, what you entered does not remain.
Display settings for the website are, however, kept in your browser. Only two things are kept: your choice of display language and your choice of light or dark display. These are not content you entered; they exist so the site looks the same next time you visit.
Communication records for the website (IP address, time and the like) are kept for 30 days, as described in Privacy Policy §3. These are not content you entered either.
8. Ownership of semantic data and consent
- Semantic data belongs to you, the sovereign who produced it.
- We do not provide semantic data to third parties without your explicit consent, specifying purpose, scope, duration, recipient and how to withdraw.
- Where consent would be unlawful because it was bundled or otherwise improperly obtained, that consent may be void.
9. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
- The Service is provided "as is"; we do not warrant fitness for a particular purpose.
- Observations and match scores are estimates and are not warranted to be accurate (see the AI Notice).
- Except in cases of our wilful misconduct or gross negligence, our liability in connection with the Service is limited to direct and ordinary damages actually incurred by you.
10. Export and deletion
Because the trial does not store anything, there is no export or deletion procedure. Closing the page leaves nothing behind.

11. Changes to these Terms
We may change these Terms in future. We will give notice of material changes, which apply prospectively; rights already granted will not be retroactively reduced.
If we incorporate, the company will become the operator; we will announce the date and details on this page in advance.
12. Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by Japanese law, without prejudice to the mandatory rules of your place of residence.
13. Contact
About the next version (for information)
This section does not form part of this document. What is offered today is set out in §0. The following is under development and is not a promise.
We are preparing a version that runs on your own machine. In that version, semantic data is stored in your own environment. Accordingly we plan to provide:
- Export: the whole of your semantic data, in a machine-readable format.
- Deletion: deletion by Sphere (a region of meaning), records and all, confirmed by typing its name, and not reversible. However, the record of what you passed outside (what, when and to whom; it contains no body text) remains on your machine until the withdrawal has been delivered (up to 365 days), so that the withdrawal can reach the recipient.
- Distinguished from forgetting: forgetting removes something from recall but the record remains. Deletion removes the record. Forgetting is not deletion.
The above is under development. When we begin to offer it, we will amend these Terms and tell you. What is offered today is set out in §0.
