分けて書きます。そのほうが、検討の材料になるからです。
それ以外のことはしません。判断も、定義も、代わりの意思決定もしません。渡すかどうかを決めるのは、いつもあなたです。
We write them separately. That's what makes it something you can evaluate.
Nothing else. No judging, no defining, no deciding on your behalf. What passes is always your call.
Data ≠ Context
なぜ、文書を足しても解決しないのか。Why adding documents doesn't fix it.
足りないのは知識ではなく、「誰にとって・どの状況で」という部分です。同じ「顧客」という語が、営業・サポート・法務で別のものを指す。この差は文書を増やしても埋まりません。差そのものが、渡すべき文脈だからです。
What's missing isn't knowledge but for whom, in which situation. "Customer" means different things in Sales, Support and Legal — and more documents won't close that gap, because the gap itself is the context worth passing.

v0.5 の中心は、ブラウザの中で動きます。文章はサーバへ送りません。🔴 自分の環境に置いて使う形は、v0.5 では配りません。それは v0.6（招待制）です。言葉の観測は、お使いの環境の中で行われます。The heart of v0.5 runs in the browser. Text is not sent to a server. 🔴 A version you install and run yourself is not distributed in v0.5 — that is v0.6, by invitation. Words are observed inside your environment.
- 観測 —— 言葉の使われ方を記録します。⚠️ 体験版の観測は、あらかじめ用意した例です。その場で貼った文章に対して動くのは、伏せ字・渡す前の確認・来歴の 3 つです。観測した一つひとつに、どう測ったか（道具と設定）が必ず残ります。どこから来たかは、あなたが付けた名札の範囲で残ります（保管場所そのものは残しません）。Observation — Sens records how words are used. ⚠️ In the trial, the observations are examples prepared in advance. Three things run on the text you paste: masking, the check before you pass it, and provenance. Every observed unit keeps how it was measured — the instrument and its settings. Where it came from is kept as the label you declared — not as a location on your machine.
- 提示 —— 記録した内容を、中立に表示します。こちらの解釈を混ぜません。Presentation — what was recorded is shown neutrally. We don't mix in our own reading of it.
- 渡す前の確認 —— AI に渡す内容を、渡す前に見られます。渡すのは、あなたの手です（自動で送る仕組みは、まだありません）。Pre-send review — you can see what goes to the AI before it goes. You pass it by hand — there is no automatic sending yet.
- 来歴 —— 何を、いつ渡したかを辿れます。（AI の答えが何に基づいたかは、私たちには見えません。）Provenance — what was passed, and when. (What the AI's answer was based on is not visible to us.)

- 意味を持ち続ける層——一度渡した文脈が、次の相談にも残る仕組み。設計中です。A layer that keeps meaning over time, so context carries into the next conversation. In design.
- 組織単位の管理（部門ごとの範囲・権限・割り当て）Org-level administration — per-team scope, permissions, assignment
- 持ち出しの標準形式（他のサービスへ移せる形）A standard export format — take it elsewhere
- 保管の層は、v0.5 にありません。複数の端末をまたいだ同期や、暗号化された保管は、まだありません。There is no storage layer in v0.5. Syncing across devices, and encrypted storage, are not here yet.
- 別の言い方で探すことについては、いま測り直している最中です。できるとも、できないとも、まだ書きません。Finding things when they're phrased differently: we are re-measuring this right now. We will not write that it works, or that it doesn't, until we know.

向いているFits
- 部署ごとに言葉の意味が割れていて、AI の答えが揃わないとき。When teams use the same words differently, and the AI's answers don't line up.
向かないDoesn't fit
- 従業員の行動を監視したいとき。私たちはそれを作りません。When you want to monitor what your employees do. We don't build that.
誠実な射程Honest scope
言えることだけを言う。We claim only what we can.
意味を扱う道具こそ、射程に誠実であるべきだと考えています。測れていないものは「暫定」と書きます。
A tool that handles meaning should be honest about its reach. What we haven't measured, we mark as provisional.

現時点で解決済みと書けないことが二つあります。ひとつは、運んだ文脈が「同じ意味だ」と言い切るための条件に、まだ根拠の薄い部分があること。もうひとつは、渡した内容そのものを読み戻せなくても、「その情報が元にあったかどうか」は推測されうること。どちらも進み具合を測って公開します。Two things we cannot yet call solved. First, the conditions for claiming that moved context still means the same thing are not all on firm ground. Second, even where passed content can't be read back, whether a given item was in the source can still be inferred. We measure progress on both, and publish it.
