Sens がすること
Sens がするのは、観測です。 文章にどんな話題の構造が現れたかを記録します。 命題の判断ではありません。「これは正しい/正しくない」「こうすべきだ」は返しません。
医療の文脈では、判断支援としては使えません。 判断は、見た人に残ります。
v0.5 で出すもの
v0.5 は、誰でも触れる体験版です。 ブラウザを開けば動き、入れるものはありません。
文章はサーバへ送りません。ブラウザの中だけで動きます。 貼った文章に対して動くのは、伏せ字・渡す前の確認・来歴の 3 つです。 伏せ字が伏せるのは、決まった書き方をしているものだけです（伏せるものは体験版の画面にあります）。氏名・会社名・住所・金額・日付は伏せません。 貼った文章も、「渡す」と押した記録も、頁を閉じると消えます。
自分の環境に置いて使う形は、v0.5 では配りません。 外部の AI に実際に渡す経路も、v0.5 にはありません。 渡す前に確かめるところまでです。
観測の例は、あらかじめ用意したものです。 その場で計算していません。
ライセンスと運営
v0.5 の体験版は、ソフトウェアを配りません。 ご利用には、利用規約・プライバシーポリシー・AI に関する注意事項が適用されます。ソフトウェアを配る版では、その版に適用するライセンスを、配る前にお知らせします。
運営者は、個人の屋号「Sens」です（法人ではありません）。 運営者の氏名と所在地は、ご請求があれば遅滞なくお知らせします。法人化した場合は、運営者を改め、事前にお知らせします。
認証の制度（Sens との互換をうたう実装を、第三者が確かめる仕組み）は、基準を起草している段階です。v0.5 では認証を行っていません。

About v0.5
What Sens does
What Sens does is observe. It records what topical structure appears in a text. It does not judge whether a statement is true. It does not return "this is right / wrong" or "you should do this."
It cannot be used for decision support in a medical context. The judgement stays with the person who looks.
What v0.5 ships
v0.5 is a trial anyone can use. It runs when you open it in a browser, and there is nothing to install.
Your text is not sent to a server. It runs only inside your browser. Three things run on the text you paste: masking, the check before you pass it, and provenance. Masking covers only things written in a set form (the trial screen lists what it masks). It does not mask names, company names, addresses, amounts or dates. The text you paste, and the record of pressing "Pass", are gone when you close the page.
v0.5 does not ship a version you install in your own environment. Nor does it include a route that actually passes anything to an outside AI. It goes as far as checking before you pass.
The observation examples are prepared in advance. They are not computed on the spot.
License and operation
The v0.5 trial does not distribute any software. Your use is governed by the Terms of Service, the Privacy Policy and the AI Notice. For any version that distributes software, we will announce the license that applies to it before distribution.
The operator is Sens, a trade name used by an individual (not a company). The operator's name and address are provided without delay on request. If we incorporate, the company will become the operator, and we will announce this in advance.
The certification scheme (a way for third parties to check implementations that claim compatibility with Sens) is at the stage of drafting its criteria. No certification is performed in v0.5.
An observation is a record of the topical structure that appears in a text. It does not guarantee that the content of meaning is protected. How the trial handles your text is described above under "What v0.5 ships", and in the Privacy Policy.
